Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council provides grants, funding and a range of support services to various voluntary and community sector organisations (VCSO’s) as they strive to improve the general wellbeing of local residents. The Borough Council believes that VCSO’s have the skills and abilities to provide locally needed services in an effective and efficient manner, thus providing maximum value for local residents.
